All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and other supported methods are subject to minimum and maximum limits. Withdrawals require identity verification in compliance with AMLC regulations.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phphpg ("phphpg," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phphpg website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the phphpg Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phphpg, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The phphpg Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. phphpg makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) phphpg account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. phphpg reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend accounts where inaccurate or misleading information is detected.
2.5 Prohibited Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the phphpg Platform:
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phphpg login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party.
3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phphpg immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phphpg will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your phphpg account, whether or not authorized by you. phphpg reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. phphpg strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. While 2FA significantly enhances account security, phphpg does not guarantee that enabling 2FA will prevent all unauthorized access.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the phphpg Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). phphpg does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. phphpg currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana, and M Lhuillier. phphpg reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your phphpg account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method. phphpg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.5 No Third-Party Deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
5.1 Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified phphpg account holders only. To complete account verification, you may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
5.2 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to verification requirements. phphpg reserves the right to extend this period where additional verification is required under AMLC or PAGCOR regulations.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request.
5.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.
5.5 Right to Withhold. phphpg reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
6.1 General. phphpg may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. phphpg employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotions. Where bonus abuse is detected, phphpg reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused bonuses, and suspend or close the relevant account(s).
6.4 Expiry. Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
7.1 RNG Certification. All digital games on the phphpg Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
7.2 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studios. All live dealer games are conducted in accordance with the rules published on the Platform for each respective game.
7.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, phphpg will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected bet may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. phphpg's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. phphpg reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phphpg Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
9.1 Ownership. All content on the phphpg Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of phphpg or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Limited License. phphpg grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Restrictions. You may not use the phphpg name, logo, or any Platform content for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of phphpg.

11.1 Commitment. phphpg is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. 11.2 Self-Exclusion. 12.1 No Warranties. The phphpg Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phphpg makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
12.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phphpg's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12.3 Exclusions. phphpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
12.4 Force Majeure. phphpg shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
13.1 By phphpg. phphpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements.
13.2 By You. You may close your phphpg account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including Sections 8, 9, 12, and 15.

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phphpg's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 Regulatory Complaints. If you believe phphpg has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
